Kim Andrup
Kim has been volunteering for STEAC since 2016. She has previous experience working with organizations like Meals on Wheels and has a background in nutrition.
“We’re not just giving them whatever food we can. We focus on fresh produce, high quality baked goods, high quality dairy. COVID underscored the importance of community and to help each other as need be.”
Kim describes just how important the Senior Delivery Program became during COVID. She states, “Many [senior clients] were afraid to leave their house. After receiving feedback from clients a lot of them were thankful on how the program helped them stay safe.”
