Three Ways To Donate Food
Non-perishable food donations can be dropped off directly at the STEAC Food Pantry every Tuesday during open donation hours. Pantry staples, low-sugar items, pull-top cans, and single-serving food donations are always appreciated.
Food drop-off hours are every Tuesday from 11:00am to 1:00pm.
The STEAC Food Pantry is located at 642 Hawthorn Lane, Davis, CA.
Start a food drive to support the STEAC Food Pantry. Food drives help bring in a steady supply of food year-round. Please email us at [email protected] to learn more about our current most needed items or if you have any questions on how to get started.
This food collection event takes place every other month and it is a quick and simple way to give back to the community. You can sign up to participate as a Food Donor or Neighborhood Coordinator. As a Food Donor, your task is to place food items you would like to donate in a green bag that’s provided to you by STEAC. Once collection day comes along, you will set your food donations outside your curb and a volunteer will come and pick them up for you. As a Neighborhood Coordinator, your role is to collect all of the food donations in your assigned neighborhood and drop them off at the STEAC Food Pantry.
If you are interested in joining the STEAC Food Project or if you have any questions, please email us at [email protected] for more details.
2024 Collection Days: FEB 10, APR 13, JUN 8, AUG 10, OCT 12, DEC 14
