SUIT UP FOR SUCCESS


In partnership with two local consignment stores, clothing is provided for job seekers to wear at interviews.

Donations of clothing and non-clothing items to support the Suit Up for Success program are accepted.

  • Clothing can be casual, like jeans or cotton tops, or more formal work attire, like suits, jackets, dresses, etc.
  • Clothing must be seasonal, clean, and wrinkle-free.
  • Proceeds from the sale of donated items fund an account that pays for interview outfits for STEAC clients.
  • Clothing should be dropped off at the consignment store during the designated hours listed below.
  • Be sure to ask that the donated items be put on consignment for STEAC's Suit Up for Success Program. All donated items will support the Suit Up for Success Program.

The two local consignment stores are:

  • All Things Right & Relevant, Davis, 530-759-9648, www.rrconsignments.org
    Open for STEAC donations
    - Tuesday and Thursday: 11 am to 5:30 pm
    - Saturday: 11 am to 2:30 pm
    Clothing should be dropped off at the Consignment store. Items must be separated by type and no more than 10 items are accepted at one time.

  • My Sister's Closet, Woodland, 530-669-6739
    Consignment Hours:
    - Monday, Thursday, Saturday: 12 noon to 4 pm.
    Clothing should be clean, seasonal, and on hangers.
